「青年職涯規劃」系列是澳門善明會慈善團體推出的新計畫，以發展推動「青年創新」為主，致力於為青年建構開放的交流與行動實踐，例如：優秀青年培育、青年新媒體等項目。善明會積累多年經驗，將各類社會資源重組和優化配置，高效地幫助當下青年人在職業道路上的規劃與發展，同時為解決深層次社會需求帶來持續性回應。

選擇風格明快的插畫設計更貼合此計畫的目標群體—大學生，大色塊的構成令到他們的視覺形象更加活潑有趣。插畫上運用不同的形狀，把人物的形態對應到文章中每個核心要點，讓原本相對枯燥的文字敘述更易理解閱讀，更易接受「職涯規劃」這個嚴肅的主題。

The "Youth Career Planning" series is a new program launched by the Macau SinMeng Charity Association, which focuses on the development and promotion of "Youth Innovation".It is committed to building open communication and action practices for young people, such as the cultivation of outstanding young people, new media for young people and other programs. The choice of a bright illustration design is more in line with the target group of this project - university students.The composition of large color blocks makes their visual image more lively and interesting. The illustrations use different shapes to correspond the characters to each of the core points in the article. It makes an otherwise dry narrative easier to understand and read, and easier to accept the serious topic of "Career Planning".
